Class Description

Playfulness and curiosity lie at the core of my explorations. I often focus on the organisation and release of weight to find ease and dynamic flow within the body. I aim to build confidence and fluidity when moving in and out of the floor, and I’m interested in the interchange between the use of gravity and the sculpting of space. My teaching is based around the ideas of offering, questioning and sharing. This allows for a collaborative and authentic approach to classes and workshops.
