The “Floorbarre” (methode: Boris Kniaseff), also known as “Barre à terre“ or “Barre au sol”, is the ideal whole-body training for dancers to improve their body posture. All exercises are performed on the floor and thereby convey a better feeling and understanding for a correct and healthy body posture. Exercising on the floor is also very joint-friendly, ensuring lean muscles and stretches the body.
