Class description

In the class, we will go through a journey in which we explore a range of qualities, states, moods and vibrations. The body will be referred to as an organic being which influences and allows us to act and behave from an intuitive, profound place. Trying to distance ourselves from our thinking brain, we will connect to our sensing brain. We will investigate how we can communicate and relate to another body as a landscape in space. Tools will be used to approach improvisation through the imagination and the feeling-responding knowledge that is in our body.
