The essential Pilates principles are Centering, Concentration, Breath, Precision and Flow. Pilates exercises ask you to integrate your breath, movement and mind, and it helps to harmonize your body. Standing Warm-ups release and refresh the body. Simple exercises called Pre-Pilates support to understand the breath control and body position in the beginning. The use of full breathing pattern give access to your core abdominal muscles and pelvic floor in order to make your energy flow. Throughout the training you aim to engage core-muscles with movement to develop your strength and flexibility in your entire body. At the course you have Classic Pilates exercises from J.Pilates, also a variety of exercises with Theraband and Pilates ball.
