Alexandre Achour  Modernes Tänzertraining

Class Description: The class emphasizes the connection between mind visualization and body. What I think is what I dance; therefore the dancers are guided in the process of framing their own movement exploration with inner tools. We will approach the body with both improvisation and set material. Working through set material is a way to access more clearly some sensory systems. The class starts low in energy but as we go through time, we will ask more and more energy and activity to our bodies. Precision is a key word.
