The class focuses on coordination, musicality and on how we use our ballet technique. The bare starts slowly, guiding attention to correct body posture, weight placement, dynamics and energy. The center brings all these elements together, allowing dancers to cover the space with freedom, express themselves by using the best techniques and to experience the joy of dance.
