This class explores movement within the full body engagement. We work with coordination, partnering and improvisation tasks to guide our system to higher levels of consciousness and awake new possibilities of movement and expression. Playfulness is an important constant to use creativity and find new patterns. In this way we will generate our own new languages.
This work implies active practice and we will use different tools like high speed and dissociations. We use the body work out not just to improve our mechanic possibilities but to understand which are our own patterns and how can we break them in order to find new ones. This class wants to provoque us constant feedback and for this we will be awake and active avoiding situations that might paralyse our development.
We will share dance, space, practice, sweat and soul with the group for an hour and a half so after that we will find us in a better place.
